Navimow Lineup 2026 Explained: X4 vs i2 vs H2 vs Terranox
Segway sells more Navimow models than ever, and the names don’t help: X4, i2, H2, Terranox, and last year’s X3 still on the shelf. Here’s what each line is for, from the dealer that installs them.
The short version: a small, open yard gets an i2 AWD. A small yard under trees gets the i215 LiDAR or an H2. Up to an acre, the X430. Up to 1.5 acres, the X450. Three or six acres, the Terranox. And there is no Navimow X5 yet. The X4 is the flagship.
Which Navimow fits which lawn?
Pick by mowable lawn area first, then by trees and slope. Prices are list prices in our store; acreage ratings are Segway’s.
| Line | Model | List price | Rated for | How it navigates | Built for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| i2 AWD | i206 AWD | $999 | 0.15 acre | Network RTK + camera, nothing to mount | The smallest open yards |
| i2 AWD | i210 AWD | $1,299 | 0.25 acre | Network RTK + camera, nothing to mount | Quarter-acre open yards |
| i2 LiDAR | i215 LiDAR | $1,599 | 0.37 acre | LiDAR + vision + network RTK, nothing to mount | Small yards under trees |
| H2 | H210 LiDAR | $2,199 | 0.25 acre | LiDAR + vision + network RTK, nothing to mount | Complex, tree-covered yards |
| H2 | H220 LiDAR | $2,599 | 0.5 acre | LiDAR + vision + network RTK, nothing to mount | Complex yards to half an acre |
| X4 | X430 | $2,499 | 1 acre | RTK (base antenna or network) + VisionFence camera | Open lawns to an acre |
| X4 | X450 | $2,999 | 1.5 acres | RTK (base antenna or network) + VisionFence camera | Open lawns to 1.5 acres |
| Terranox | CM120M1 | $5,499 | 3 acres | Network RTK over cellular + 360° vision | Estates and commercial grounds |
| Terranox | CM240M1 | $6,999 | 6 acres | Network RTK over cellular + 360° vision | Large commercial grounds |
Promotions move these numbers. The i206 has been on sale at $849 in our store, and the product page always shows today’s price.
A rating is the ceiling on a good lawn, not a target. Size to the mowable area, the grass only, not the whole lot, and leave some headroom. Our free mapping tool measures it from satellite and recommends a model.
Which Navimow is the flagship?
The X4 series: the X430 and the X450. It’s the line behind most of the Navimow installs on this blog, and the one our mapping tool recommends for most open lawns past about half an acre.
Both share the same body, the 17-inch dual-disc deck, a 0.75–4 inch cutting height and all-wheel drive with Xero-Turn steering, rated to 84% slopes. Both position by RTK, from a base antenna on the home or over network corrections, with the VisionFence camera watching for obstacles.
| X430 | X450 | |
|---|---|---|
| List price | $2,499 | $2,999 |
| Rated for | 1 acre | 1.5 acres |
| Mow time per charge | ~110 min | ~120 min |
| Deck | 17″ dual disc | 17″ dual disc |
| Max slope | 84% | 84% |
The X450 has more room than its rating suggests: a dialed-in install in Lewes, DE runs it on 1.91 acres. And the slope rating holds up: a single X430 works a man-made berm with faces past a 40% grade in Bucks County. The full matchup is in X430 vs X450, and each has its own page: X430, X450.
On our installs the X4’s antenna goes on the home wherever it sees the most open sky, because a well-placed base antenna is the most reliable fix there is. The four placement rules are here. Where no spot works, the X4 can run on network corrections over its cellular link instead. NetRTK vs local RTK explains when each path is the better one.
What is the Navimow i2 series?
Segway’s small-yard line, with nothing to mount. No base antenna and no perimeter wire: the i2 gets its position corrections over the network through its built-in 4G.
- i206 AWD ($999, 0.15 acre) and i210 AWD ($1,299, 0.25 acre). All-wheel drive rated to 45% slopes, a single 7.1-inch cutting disc, a 2–3.6 inch cutting height, camera vision and up to 20 zones. The i206 is the entry Navimow; the i210 doubles the battery and covers a quarter acre.
- i215 LiDAR ($1,599, 0.37 acre). The i2 LiDAR, with a solid-state LiDAR beside the camera, an 8.6-inch disc and off-road wheels, also rated to 45%. It’s built for yards where trees or buildings get in the way of satellite positioning.
Be realistic about size. A single 7–8.6 inch disc is half the width of the X4’s 17-inch deck or less, so the i2 belongs on small lawns. That’s what it’s rated for, and it’s where it makes sense.
“Nothing to mount” also moves the question. With an X4, you ask whether there’s open sky for the antenna. With an i2, you ask whether there’s a usable cellular signal at the lawn. Our mapping tool estimates both for your address.
What is the Navimow H2 series?
A LiDAR line for yards that beat satellite-only mowers: under trees, around buildings, through narrow passages. The H210 LiDAR is rated for 0.25 acre at $2,199, and the H220 LiDAR for 0.5 acre at $2,599. Segway builds it on LiDAR, network RTK and vision together, with nothing to mount.
The i215 and the H2 overlap, and it’s worth being straight about it. On paper the i215 covers more lawn than the H210 for less money, and only the H220 reaches half an acre. The H2 is a different platform that Segway positions for the most complex yards. If you’re torn between an i215 and an H2, map your lawn and we’ll compare them on your actual property on the call.
What is the Navimow Terranox?
The commercial Navimow: 3 acres on the CM120M1 ($5,499), 6 acres on the CM240M1 ($6,999). It cuts the same 17-inch width as the X4 with two discs and 12 blades. It drives on all four wheels with dual independent steering motors, rated to 84% slopes, and positions by network RTK over cellular plus 360° vision. There’s no base antenna; a signal enhancement antenna is supported for weak-signal sites.
Segway rates the CM120M1 for 3 acres within 40 hours and the CM240M1 for 6 acres within 72 hours. It manages up to 120 zones and runs in Segway’s NavimowFleet dashboard, which matters once a property has more than one mower. The warranty is 2 years on the mower and dock and 1 year on the battery.
Read our Terranox review and the Terranox page. Then decide whether one big mower beats two smaller ones: two X450s vs a Terranox does that math, and the 6-acre math shows what the bigger one really covers.
Is there a Navimow X5?
No, not as of October 25, 2026. Segway hasn’t announced a Navimow X5, and its US store doesn’t list one. The X4, the X430 and X450, is the current flagship, part of the 2026 lineup Segway announced at CES in January 2026.
The newest Navimow Segway has shown since then is the H5 Pro, unveiled at IFA in September 2026 with an extendable edge-cutting arm Segway calls EdgeMaestro. Segway hasn’t announced a US price or a US release date for it.
Navimow has used CES to launch each year’s machines: the X3 series at CES 2025 and the 2026 lineup at CES 2026. That makes CES 2027, in January, the next place to watch. We’ll update this page with the 2027 lineup when Segway announces it.
Should you wait? If your lawn needs mowing next season, buy for the lawn you have. The 2026 lines are Segway’s current models with full support. If an X4 successor is announced, we’ll put it side by side with the X4 here.
What about the Navimow X3 series?
The X3 is Navimow’s 2025 line, and it’s still sold. Like the X4, it comes with an RTK base antenna for the home.
| Model | List price | Rated for |
|---|---|---|
| X315 | $1,999 | 0.5 acre |
| X330 | $2,299 | 1 acre |
| X350 | $2,799 | 1.5 acres |
The X330 and X350 have been on sale in our store well under those list prices, so check the product page. As for what the X4 adds: the X315, for example, has a 9.3-inch single deck, rear-wheel drive and a 45% slope rating. The X4 has a 17-inch dual-disc deck and all-wheel drive rated to 84%. On a flat lawn and a budget, a discounted X3 can make sense; on slopes, buy the X4.
Which Navimow needs an antenna?
| Comes with a base antenna for the home | No antenna at all |
|---|---|
| X4 (X430, X450) | i2 (i206 AWD, i210 AWD, i215 LiDAR) |
| X3 (X315, X330, X350) | H2 (H210, H220) |
| Terranox (CM120M1, CM240M1) |
A base antenna with open sky is the most reliable fix there is, but it needs a good mounting spot. The X4 and X3 can also run without it on network corrections. The no-antenna models skip the mounting entirely, and the i2 and Terranox depend on cellular coverage at the lawn instead. Neither approach is better everywhere. The right one depends on your sky and your signal, and NetRTK vs local RTK walks through the trade.
Which garage and gate fit each line?
The garages don’t interchange. The Garage X fits the X4 and the Terranox, the Garage M fits the i215 LiDAR and the H2, and the Garage S fits the i206 and i210 AWD. The full fit chart, with the i2 trap, is in Navimow Garage S vs M vs X.
The MowGate, the pet gate the mower opens itself, works with the X4, X3, i2 AWD, i2 LiDAR, i1, H2 and Terranox. Our install guide covers every fence type.

Frequently asked
What Navimow models are there in 2026?
Segway announced its 2026 lineup at CES in January 2026. In our store that's four families: the X4 flagship (X430 and X450, 1 and 1.5 acres), the small-yard i2 (i206 AWD, i210 AWD and i215 LiDAR, 0.15 to 0.37 acre), the H2 LiDAR line for tree-covered yards (H210 and H220, 0.25 and 0.5 acre), and the commercial Terranox (CM120M1 and CM240M1, 3 and 6 acres). The 2025 X3 series is still sold alongside them.
Is there a Navimow X5?
Not as of October 25, 2026. Segway hasn't announced a Navimow X5, and its US store doesn't list one. The X4 (X430 and X450) is the current flagship. Navimow launched the X3 at CES 2025 and the 2026 lineup at CES 2026, so CES 2027 in January is the next place to watch. We'll update this page when the 2027 lineup is announced.
Which Navimow is best for 1 acre?
The X430, rated for 1 acre at $2,499. If the lawn is past an acre, or you want headroom, the X450 is rated for 1.5 acres at $2,999. Both use the same 17-inch dual-disc deck and all-wheel drive; the X450 runs longer per charge. Rate by mowable lawn, not the size of the lot.
Which Navimow models don't need an RTK antenna?
The i2 series, the H2 series and the Terranox have no base antenna at all. The i2 and Terranox get their position corrections over the network through built-in cellular, so a usable cellular signal at the lawn matters more than a clear spot on the house. The X4 and X3 come with an RTK base antenna for the home. They can run on network corrections without it, but a mounted antenna with open sky is the most reliable fix, and it's how we install them.
Which Navimow is best under trees?
The LiDAR models: the i215 LiDAR (0.37 acre, $1,599) or the H2 (H210 for 0.25 acre at $2,199, H220 for 0.5 acre at $2,599). LiDAR lets the mower hold its position where tree canopy weakens satellite signals. For a bigger wooded property, our wooded-yard buying guide compares the options across brands.
What's the difference between the Navimow i2 and H2?
Both have nothing to mount. The i2 is the small-yard line: the i206 and i210 AWD navigate by network RTK plus a camera, and the i215 LiDAR adds solid-state LiDAR for 0.37 acre. The H2 is a LiDAR platform that also fuses network RTK and vision, and the H220 reaches half an acre. If you're deciding between an i215 and an H2, we compare them on your map.
Which Navimow is for commercial properties?
The Terranox. The CM120M1 is rated for 3 acres at $5,499 and the CM240M1 for 6 acres at $6,999. Both run all-wheel drive rated to 84% slopes, network RTK over cellular with no base antenna, up to 120 zones and Segway's NavimowFleet dashboard for managing more than one mower.
