Questions
The things people ask first
Who qualifies?
Active duty (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, National Guard, Coast Guard and Active Reserves), U.S. military veterans and retirees, police officers, sheriffs and deputies, state troopers, federal law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMTs and paramedics, nurses and medical doctors.
What do I need to show?
Military: A valid military ID, a Leave & Earnings Statement (LES), or a DD-214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty). Copies must have the ID numbers blacked out. First responders and medical professionals: A department ID or badge, a National Registry EMT card (NREMT), or a National Paramedic Certification (NRP).
Which mowers are included?
Every Segway Navimow robotic mower. Mammotion, Yarbo and other brands aren't part of this program — if your lawn is better suited to one of those, we'll tell you honestly and quote it at our normal price.
How much do I save?
10% off the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) of the Navimow mower. It can't be combined to go below that program price.
Does it cover installation?
The program discount is on the Navimow mower itself. Installation, accessories and services are quoted at their normal price.
When do you check my ID?
At the sale. Tell us when you map your lawn (there's an optional question in the yard step) or on the phone, and your proposal is drafted with the discount; we confirm the ID before the order goes in.
