Repairs & warranty service

Your robot mower, fixed by people who install them every week.

We repair Mammotion, Segway Navimow and Yarbo. Under warranty, the manufacturer pays us for the work — you cover the shipping to us and nothing else. Out of warranty, a $75 evaluation and a written quote before we touch a screw.

Free account, two-minute form. Not sure it needs to come in? Open a ticket and we troubleshoot first — you only ship once we send a packing slip.

How it works

Five steps, and every one of them lands in your inbox

1

Tell us what's wrong

Brand, model, serial number, when you bought it and what it's doing. Photos help — reply to our email with them.

2

We approve it

Within one business day. You get a packing slip to print and put inside the box, plus the address and how to pack it.

3

We check it in and evaluate

We confirm the warranty from your proof of purchase and put it on the bench. Out of warranty, you get a quote and nothing happens until you say yes.

4

We repair it

Zippy Lawnz keeps expanding the parts we stock for the latest robotic mowers, and we try to keep everything a repair needs on the shelf. Some repairs still need a part from the manufacturer, and those can take 3–4 weeks to arrive before we can finish — we tell you the day yours goes on order.

5

It ships back, tested

Tracking number in your inbox. Give it a run and tell us if anything's off — the repair is ours to stand behind.

The money, plainly

Two situations, no surprises

✅ Under warranty: the manufacturer pays for the repair

The manufacturer pays Zippy Lawnz for the time it takes to repair a covered fault, so there's no evaluation fee and no labor bill for you. You cover shipping to us; we ship it back.

Anything the warranty doesn't cover — impact damage, water inside the unit, wear items like blades and wheels — is quoted before we touch it, never billed by surprise.

💵 Out of warranty: a $75 evaluation fee, then a quote

There's a $75 evaluation fee, which covers the bench time to diagnose the unit properly. Once we know exactly what it needs, we send you a quote for parts and labor — nothing is repaired until you approve it.

If you decide not to go ahead, we ship the mower back to you and the $75 evaluation fee is all you pay.

Before you ship

How to pack a robot mower

The same checklist prints on your packing slip. The short version: slip inside, number outside, mower only, battery in, nothing loose.

  1. Print this slip and put it INSIDE the box on top of the mower — it's how we match the box to your request.
  2. Send the mower only, unless we asked for the dock, antenna or charger. Keep those at home.
  3. Clean the grass off the deck and wheels, and let it dry — wet clippings mould in transit.
  4. Use the original box and foam if you still have it. If not, a sturdy box with 2 inches of padding on every side; the mower must not move when you shake the box.
  5. Do not remove or discharge the battery. Ship it with the battery installed, powered off.
  6. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box too, next to the shipping label.

The things people ask first

Questions

Which robot mowers do you repair?

Mammotion, Segway Navimow and Yarbo. If yours is another brand, call or text us — we'll tell you honestly whether it's something we can take in.

What does a warranty repair cost me?

Nothing but the shipping to us.

What if my mower is out of warranty?

There's a $75 evaluation fee, which covers the bench time to diagnose the unit properly. Once we know exactly what it needs, we send you a quote for parts and labor — nothing is repaired until you approve it. If you decide not to go ahead, we ship the mower back to you and the $75 evaluation fee is all you pay.

How long does a repair take?

Most repairs are on the bench within a few business days of arriving.

Where do I send it?

To our repair shop at 28272 St Michaels Rd, Easton, MD 21601 — but only once your request is approved: the approval email and the packing slip both carry the address, and a box that arrives without a slip is a box we can't match to you.

Do I need to send the dock or the antenna?

Send the mower only, unless we ask for the dock, antenna or charger when we approve the request. Keep the rest installed at home.

Who do I talk to about a repair?

Our support desk: [email protected]. Every email about your repair comes from us and every reply lands there. Or call or text 410-725-7500.

I bought my mower somewhere else — can you still repair it?

Yes. Under warranty the manufacturer pays us for the work whoever sold it; out of warranty the same $75 evaluation and quote applies. Have your proof of purchase handy — a warranty claim needs one.

Do I need an account?

A free one, made in about a minute. It's how you print the packing slip, answer a quote, reply on a ticket and follow every step — and how we email you at each one.

What if I just have a question, or I'm not sure it's broken?

Open a ticket — a question, or 'something's wrong'. Most mower trouble is sorted over email or a quick call: a setting, a firmware update, a blade, an RTK antenna that moved. If it does need to come in, we turn the same ticket into a repair and you get the packing slip from there.

Ready when you are

Two minutes to fill in. We answer within one business day, and every step after that is an email you don't have to chase.
