Installed & serviced locally
The difference between a robot mower and one that works. Pro install, genuine parts, warranty support — real humans in your area.
Why the install matters more than the mower
The same mower can be the best thing in a neighborhood or the one that "doesn't work" — and the difference is almost never the machine. It's four decisions made on install day:
- Where the RTK antenna goes. RTK is what gives these mowers centimeter accuracy, and the reference unit needs open sky and a permanent, rigid mount — high on a wall, above the hedges that will grow by July, safe from trimmers and snow. We've measured 600 feet of range through trees from a well-placed antenna. Move it later and the whole map has to be rebuilt, so we get it right the first time.
- Where the power lives. A supply left in the grass gets wet, gets hit, overheats and corrodes — it's one of the most common failures on DIY installs. Ours are wall-mounted with the cabling routed and protected.
- How the property is mapped. Zones, the channels between them, no-go buffers around ponds, beds and play sets, a MowGate through a pool fence when that's what it takes — and a test run of every one before we leave.
- Whether you can actually run it. The app, schedules, cut heights per zone, what the notifications mean, blade changes, cleaning. Plus the owner's handbook for later. We don't leave until the owner is comfortable.

Genuine parts, warranty handled here
We're an authorized Segway Navimow, Mammotion and Yarbo dealer and service center. That means genuine units registered to you with the full manufacturer warranty — nothing gray-market — and the parts that actually wear (blades, pre-installed cutting discs, batteries, wheels) on the shelf and shipped fast, so your mower doesn't sit idle for weeks waiting on a box from overseas. Warranty claims are diagnosed and processed by us, start to finish.
“I cannot recommend this place enough. After weeks going back and forth with Mammotion customer support, Elizabeth from Zippy Lawnz fixed my issue and sent a replacement with just one phone call. Please use them — they're great!”
Not in our install area?
We sell and ship nationwide. Your system arrives configured, we schedule a live video onboarding to place the antenna and map the zones with you, and you get the same priority support line, parts and warranty handling as a customer down the road. Most remote owners are mowing the same day the box lands.
The honest part.
- On-site install is regional — PA, MD, DE, VA and Colorado. Everywhere else it's a remote install with a real person on the call.
- Install is a real line item — $700 for a standard residential property, already inside every ROI number on this site.
- Some lawns need more than an install. Heavy tree cover or no open sky for the antenna is a signal problem, not a setup problem — which is exactly what the free map checks before anyone spends a dollar.

Common questions
What does a professional robot mower installation include?
A site assessment first, then the RTK reference antenna mounted high and permanently with a clear sky view, the power supply mounted off the ground with the cabling protected, the dock placed for the whole property, every zone, channel and no-go mapped and test-run, and owner training — the app, schedules, cut heights, blade changes — plus the owner's handbook. We don't leave until you can run it.
What does installation cost?
Our standard residential install and mapping is $700 — the figure every ROI number on this site already includes. Large multi-zone properties, fleets and long antenna runs are quoted after the free map and a call.
Why does the install matter more than the mower?
Because RTK placement decides everything. Get the reference antenna high, permanent and under open sky and the mower holds centimeter-level lines and boundaries for years; stake it under a tree where it was convenient and you get drift, dropped signal and missed sections — and moving it later means remapping the property. The same goes for a power supply left in the grass: it's one of the most common failure points on DIY installs.
Do you stock parts and handle warranty?
Yes. We're an authorized Segway Navimow, Mammotion and Yarbo dealer and service center, so blades, pre-installed cutting discs, batteries, wheels and common wear parts are on the shelf and ship fast, and warranty claims are diagnosed and processed here — not argued with a marketplace seller. Buying from an authorized dealer is also what keeps the coverage valid.
I'm not in PA, MD, DE, VA or Colorado. Can you still help?
Yes. We sell and ship nationwide: your mower, dock and RTK base arrive configured, we schedule a live video onboarding to place the antenna and map your zones together, and you get the same priority support, parts and warranty handling as a local customer. On-site installation is our regional service; everywhere else, it's a remote install with real people behind it.
